Lots to see and do
On August 10th there is an exciting program especially for little bear fans: Children's Day at BEAR SANCTUARY Müritz. Little explorers and their teddy bears are invited to explore the park on this day and can look forward to a colorful program.
In addition to a musical program and entertaining puppet shows, a teddy doctor will also be on site to examine the beloved teddy bears thoroughly.

- 11:00 am: Free teddy bear tour (with advance registration)
- 02:00 pm: Puppet theatre performance in the courtyard with Cornelia Fritzsche

Liederkoffer - fun hits for young bear enthusiasts
At the children's concerts by the Liederkoffer, everyone can get involved and no one stays seated for long. Pop music and clever lyrics ensure lots of fun for the kids. While Frank leads through the program with a lot of humor, Ben the polar bear also has his say. Always with him: the red "song suitcase" (Liederkoffer). So: let's open the suitcase and turn on the music!
With polar bear Ben and his song suitcase in his luggage, Frank Lemke promises a stimulating and playful music program for everyone to join in with.
Teddy bear Tour for kids
A special highlight: All children, big and small, can take part in our teddy bear tour for free on this day, only the normal children's entrance fee has to be paid.
Important: All little bear lovers are encouraged to bring their favorite teddy bear!

Cornelia Fritzsche - Puppet theatre
Thanks to the qualified puppeteer Cornelia Fritzsche, who was awarded the "Dresden Satire Prize", Kasper is coming to the bear forest!
The whole family can look forward to a funny and refreshing performance of the well-known main character, which is presented with a lot of love and humor.
For the whole family, ages 4 and up.
Kasper is coming to the BEAR SANCTUARY Müritz and has brought his kitchen with him. I wonder if that will go well...?
Teddy-Klinik des DRK
On Children's Day at the BEAR SANCTUARY Müritz, the German Red Cross opens its teddy ambulance!
Here, the teddy doctors examine and treat not only sick and injured teddy bears, but all cuddly patients who are introduced to them by their stuffed animal parents. The children are there to support their cuddly friends during the examination.
This way, the topics of health, prevention, examination and treatment are introduced in a playful way. The children become familiar with the work areas of the doctors and nurses and thus lose their fears and inhibitions about visiting a doctor or clinic.
At the teddy doctor, the teddy bears are checked thoroughly. This way, children can learn important topics about health, examinations and treatments in a playful way.
